Terms of Service

InterviewSam lets you practise interviews by voice or text with Sam, an AI interviewer, and gives you AI-generated scores, feedback and study material. It is a practice tool. Feedback is generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and is not professional career advice. We don't guarantee any interview outcome or job offer.

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
• Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
• One person per account. Creating multiple accounts to get around the free plan's limits isn't allowed.

Don't:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone;
• try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, or access it by automated means;
• use it as a general transcription or AI service outside interview practice, or resell access;
• upload content you don't have the right to share, or other people's personal data.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your answers, recordings, resume and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including through our service providers, only to run and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your content at any time from Settings.

• Courses, quizzes and practice tools are free. Free accounts also get a limited number of mock interviews, as shown on the Pricing page.
• More mock interviews are sold in packs through Razorpay. A pack is a one-time payment: it doesn't renew. Bought interviews don't expire and are used when an interview starts.
• Pro subscriptions bought before packs keep working until cancelled in Settings → Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• We may change prices or what's included. Changes apply to future purchases; interviews you've already bought keep what they included.

We work to keep InterviewSam available but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering mock interviews, we will refund interviews you bought and haven't used, and the unused part of any prepaid Pro period.

To the extent the law allows, InterviewSam is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

You can stop using InterviewSam and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
